Recommendation for power flushing a2w underfloor heating system

We had our a2w heat pump serviced recently and the engineer recommended that we have the system power flushed. We have underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. We're in Dublin 15. I read that it's often not done properly. Any recommendations?

Was there a specific reason stated why the system needed flushing?

There filter was clogged up next to the a2w pump.
