Some basic Air to Water questions on cost and run time?

I had a look at my smart meter data from the ESB Networks site and ran it through energypal.ie and see the following.

5am Monday to Friday there is a peak for about 30min. This is the air to water unit heating the tank I imagine.

Saturday has a higher 90min peak at 3am I understand this is to kill legionnaires.

Sunday's 5am peak is much lower, I guess the water is still hot after Saturday?

My understanding is that the A2W heats a hot water tank but also the water in the rads? Is this two different processes? My tank is at 50 and my LWT is 39. Is the tank only for the showers etc?

Does the overnight heading heat both the water in the tank and the water in the rads or is that a more ongoing process like when I see the fan come on during the day? Is that only for heating the house?

If I up the thermometer will the LWT temp on the unit in the house increase?
