    How long is a property valuation normally valid in the Dublin market?

    it depends on the context. If it’s for a bank, then it varies per bank

    I always imagined it was tied to a time/event like the sorting of a will for tax purposes. However I have seen property valuations drop in a 6 week period due to the Global Financial collapse.

    all depends what its for.

    for house purchasing, the mortgage company will give you a list of valuers, the valuation will last till you draw down th e mortgage, usually within 12 weeks

    for property tax its based on valuation on 1st November 2021
