I have a query regarding the terms of court ordered maintenance for a child over 18 who is in full-time education. When is that officially considered to be finished?

    When their classes are finished?

When they sit their final exam?

    When they get their results?

    When they graduate?

    Other?

    Thanks in advance

When they cease to be in full time education, or age 23. Whichever happens first.
