Blacklisted from Movie Extras

I was wondering if I'd be blacklisted from the acting agency Movie Extras. I accidentally overslept and forgot to attend a filming a year ago. A few months later, I also forgot that I'd scheduled a dental appointment and missed that as well. I heard that have a strict policy of blacklisting you if you don't attend.

Have you tried asking them?
You could do a GDPR Subject Access Request to see what data they are holding on you.
