Roof felt upgrade

    Hi,

    I have a 1970's semi-d - with old crusty bitumen under the tiles.

    Getting solar later this year, so want to upgrade this while the roof is clear.

    General cost - remove tiles, install new membrane & lats, and re-use existing tiles.

    Roof size - approx - 66m2
