Attic conversion

Hi, we had loft converted. We had Structural steel beams (RSJ) Fitted with 4x2 studded wall built on top to support roof. We noticed they are sitting on the original brick work of both side the walls. With no bolts etc. Bolts are in the middle. Any advice please
