    Hi all, first time poster,

I'm looking for advice and info please, live in the west out in the country. I have a shed 35ft x 24ft 10ft walls that was built when house was built 30yrs ago wit full planning, when I bought the house 17 yrs ago the guy had built on another bit of a shed to the original shed, let's just say it's 15ft x 15ft for now and no planning,

My back garden is separated from the top yard where sheds are by a block wall,

I plan on knocking both sheds to replace with a new 40ft x 35ft with 14ft to the eves riseing to 18ft at the top of roof. The new shed is for personal use i restore project cars for myself and to have a place for turf and timber, and also a caravan we have,

My question is do I apply for planning permission or just put up new shed it will be 6rsj and sheeting to the ground. I'll try attach a pic here of original shed with blue outline and red outline of the extra shed that last owner built,

Thanks for any help or info given 👍
