How to get sheep to eat hay?

Traditionally we’ve lambed outside with the full flock together accessing silage.
We scanned for the first time this year so I’ve moved the ewes expecting twins away on their own with access to hay and meal and rough grazing.
I have a rack set up with hay and have mixed in a bit of silage as I thought that would lure them.
I have the meal trough parked by the rack so they come there morning and evening.
I can’t access the area they’re in with silage so feeding round bales there is not an option.

Anything else I can try to get them gobbling hay

if they have a nib of grass yo eat I always find they eat fevk all hay. If they are hungry they will eat it

I agree with the above comment, if they don’t touch the hay they have enough picking !
