In a bit of a hole at the moment.

I recently put down a non refundable deposit for a Japanese imported car and I called my insurance today to make sure I could change the car before paying the balance.

They couldn’t find my new car on the system and it’s not listed either so it’s a no go with them.

That’s okay I thought I will just go with another insurance company . Then I realised I have an ongoing claim against me from a few months back when I rear ended someone. I’m in trouble now as I can’t get anyone to quote me.

Anyone any advice on climbing out of this hole.

Go back to the dealer as soon as you can to see if they might be willing to make an exception for a refund.
