Hi all, has anybody had any experience of this service being quite unreliable? When running only one bus per hour it’s not acceptable to have ‘ghost’ buses. If no bus appears it can leave passengers with no way of getting home as it’s an impossible (highly dangerous) road to negotiate on foot

None of these L routes, run in the main by Go-Ahead, are reliable. Anywhere.

Overall, in terms of service, Bus Connects has been a disaster. And yet they push ahead with ever more section rollouts while all the providers remain short of drivers and technicians and cannot nearly cover the extension of spine routes to 24 hours, let alone new L routes.

When a bus does not turn up please report it on https://noshowbus.ie/

This does not go to NTA but Dublin Inquirer, who run the site, could publish the data to highlight patterns in poor service.
