    Hi all,

    Question in regards to local needs criteria.

    My wife and I own a house in one county, and I am working in another county 2 hours away, with ties to the area and elderly parents living in locality to where we would like build a house.

    Have we any chance of being granted permission?

    My job is a senior role in the public sector.
