    Hi everyone,

Apologies if this is a basic question, but I would really appreciate some guidance.

Could anyone with experience using home-fitted stoves help me identify the function of the component visible in the attached photo? I’m also wondering whether it might be broken. Additionally, I’d like to understand the purpose of the round dial on the side of the Morgan 20kW stove.

I have tried reaching out to Hamco via email and phone, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response.

I’d really appreciate any insights or advice you may have. Thank you in advance for your help! 👌

    Best regards,

    R

I came looking for similar advice. I can tell you the knob is for opening/closing the upper vent to allow air-flow but mine is dodgy so I don't know which is open and which is closed. The turny one with numbers is to increase our decrease the lower air intake. Leave fully open if burning logs and close it for stove coal - you'll have to experiment to figure out what's good for your house.
