Who was the attractive middle aged lady interviewed about the new speed limits?

    I think this would have been Friday 8 days ago, the day the speed limits came in. I just saw the end of her being interviewed, but her name wasn't revealed. I assume she's with the RSA or something like that. Anyone remember?
