Tried to volunteer but was let down by the process

I won't name the organization as I know they do great work but when I tried to interview for them online, nobody showed up. After this, I emailed them for clarification and I got no reply. I'm a bit shocked that an organization that states they need urgent volunteers falls short of the process. Maybe it's just mental health services in Ireland in general and how complex they are.
