Opening door

My Billberry Eco 5 is good apart from one bad thing. Everytime you open the door to refuel it either with wood or ovoids the smoke and flakey ash comes pouring out into the room! Next thing the smoke alarm goes off etc and the ask/dust is terrible over the mantlepiece and carpet. Never had this problem with the two…

My Billberry Eco 5 is good apart from one bad thing. Everytime you open the door to refuel it either with wood or ovoids the smoke and flakey ash comes pouring out into the room! Next thing the smoke alarm goes off etc and the ask/dust is terrible over the mantlepiece and carpet. Never had this problem with the two Charnwood stoves that I had in my last house. Has anybody had the same problem and if so is there a cure?
