Just wondering if anyone knows of a place relevantly close to North Kilkenny that offer clay lessons. I’ve done it a couple of time but would like to go somewhere to get a few more before I apply for a license. Also any recommendations of what 12 bore would be a good starting point. Budget around 1500. Cheers

Try Harbour House Sports Club, just the far side of Athy. They have a very good clay range and Tommy will give instructions.

If you are near Spink there is a good clay ground there and they will likely be able to sort out tuition if you ask for it.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.

You could also try Bishops Mountain, near Mullinavat or Thurles Shooting Club near Two Mile Borris
