Hello,
From a google search it appears there is a wider issue with Operators that's been going on for some time, but in my case it is actually working under my profile but not for others I'm sharing Gamepass with.

I've installed the game via Gamepass and all is ok for me; I have the extra attackers/defenders available in Operators. But, I share Gamepass with junior and the extra operators aren't available there…I can switch profile back to my account and they're there on the same Series X.
Anyone happen to know of a fix?
