Looking for any recommendations. I have a good road bike and a full sus MTB, but would like the third bike to be a low maintenance do-it all bike. Currently the third bike is a 2x10 Tiagra Orbea Vector Drop (or something like that) which is doing the job, but I'd like more of a multitasker.

I'm thinking 1x11 or 1x12 (for low maintenance) with hydraulic disc brakes. Not too fussed on frame material if weight is reasonable. Ideally something with option of attaching panniers and mudguards as and when needed, but equally fine without. So everything from commuting to holiday campsites to maybe exploring bikepacking or gravel cycling. Does such a bike exist with a sub-€ 1,500 price tag? (CTW used not too long ago so it's a cash purchase)

Maybe something like this if it was a bit cheaper? On-One Free Ranger SRAM Apex XPLR Carbon Gravel Bike – Planet X

Canyon again on the expensive side Grizl 6 1BY | CANYON IE

Decathlon had a couple of options although I didn't see bottle holder screw things on top tube like some other multi-purpose bikes

    Cannondale Topstone?
