The felt along the gutter line at the front is worn or missing and water gets into one of the bedrooms and also drips down behind the gutter at places. Its an Apex house so the back may need to be done also.
Any ball park figure what this job is likely to cost lads. thanks

As a temp job (and permanent), get eaves protection boards fitted asap by any available handiman
