Brian, Although there are a few running clubs in the town, I'm not aware of any actual running tracks. The weekly park run is held on Wexford Racecourse and Min Ryan Park looks as if it could provide another option with a circular pathway.

There is a grass one near the Rosslare roundabout, and the park runs go around the racecourse or Min Ryan park but I don't know of any athletic tracks around Wexford town. Also one in Enniscorthy and Rosslare strand.
