Apparently Sky support used to monitor these board posts. I am writing this to inform Sky in the hope that the situation can get on some repair list.

My acc no. with Sky is 430068120228

After the recent storm Eowyn, a tree fell and its branches now sit very gently on the broadband cable on the road L3112, underneath the telegraph wires, near Athenry, County Galway. We are constantly told not to go near any tree like this. The NBI may be unaware I don't know. Our house has an eir code of H65 EH56.

They don't and haven't for years since they shut down their forum in 2020 - remove all personal info like your Eircode and Sky account number.

You are better off contacting them directly
