Funidelia fancy dress site - returns issue

Hi,

Hope all is well.

I recently ordered some fancy dress options on the Funidelia website but because of the recent snow storm in South west ireland my house was snowed in for about 5 days (i live in the country), the package was then late being delivered by about a week. Following the snow thaw I was abroad when the package was finally delivered and only returned this week and tried on the costumes. Because of this the 14 days have passed for the returns (14 days from date of delivery).

Now I do understand that a returns policy is what it is but I have been trying to contact the company to see if under the circumstances if they would kindly be willing to make an exception, however, i cannot see any contact information on their site.

When I click into the 'contact' section there is just an error and there is no way of actually emailing or phoning or even messaging a customer support person. I cannot find any contact details whatsoever..…

Would anyone have any suggestions?

Try the problem with the order option here, when I go to the link it has a contact us option which lets you message them about an order.

At the bottom of their website is a link to their Legal Notice and Terms of Sale, which brings you to this, showing an email address.

On this page you can scroll down to Clause 11 which contains a link to their contact form which does work.

Also at the bottom of every page on their website is a button you can click to go to any of their facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube or pinterest accounts which might also be used to contact them if all else fails.
