Hi there just wandering what timeclock heating systems have wifi modules built in to control the heating system via wifi over the phone. In the house have a dual heating system via gas boiler and stove back boiler. Have 3 zones in the house Hot water, downstairs rads and upstairs rads. Stove back boiler when lit and up to temp is mainly used just to heat upstairs rads and also provide its own heat down stairs.

Use the gas mainly for hot water and to heat the house during the day when the stove is not lit.

I know of Emberpack does a 3 zone system with a wifi module and also Optimum 3 channel wifi switch.

Just wandering if there is anything else on the market

Google Nest is another I think.

For what it's worth I have ember and I like it. Setting up the zones and schedules and all that through the app is nice. As for remote/internet it's nice to turn the heating off when you're away all day and turn it back on when you're half an hour away on the road. But that happens maybe 3 times a year. I would survive if I didnt have that tbh.

Thanks for the reply I see Google nest and Hive and all the other ones but just not to sure but I presume they all control the same way as all the others. Just see on the information on some that they are for combi boilers and others are not so just checking to see what other people are using

I have a regular grant oil boiler, eph controls with ember app for 3 zones including hot water and I cant fault the whole setup. It just works. Wifi/internet module is optional but inexpensive. You can tweak the schedules no end and it has handy additional functions and it's easy to use. My wife will probably disagree on the last point but she is of the will not read a manual faction.

Start on the last few pages. There's a lot of options to consider and a lot of folks with the same set up.

Have a look at Drayton Wiser 3 zone system.

Replaced my faulty eph programmer with this and can recommend it
