Very strange object viewed the last two nights

    My wife has been looking at Saturn through a telescope in our back garden. We then scanned the sky for other objects and found the strangest object.

    It concentric very bright circles spinning fast. We viewed it last night and again tonight. Very clear bright circles. I’ve Google it extensively and cannot fathom what it is. It’s not natural.

    I’ve tried to take a picture through my phone but not joy.

    If it helps we’re currently in dubai and it’s approx 151 degrees south east.

    So much shite going on in the world presently, maybe someone or something is up there observing us. Sounds like orbs to me.

    I’m not one for ufos etc so was looking to see if the iss or James Webb could be an explanation or some other anomaly

    South-East from Dubai is in the direction of Oman. Is the Sultan testing some new toys? He's obsessed with all things military and spends a fortune on defence.
