Meta Quest 3

I was dealing with Meta customer support regarding a problem with a Quest 3 headset. They couldn't resolve it and asked me to send it to them in the Czech Republic via DHL.

Rang DHL, they came and picked it up and it pretty much reached Czechia the next day. Got an email to say it had arrived, been reviewed and accepted.

Then an unbelievable load of nonsense has ensued with their support people asking me for my address, them raising a return request , getting an email confirming that and saying it could take 5 days, and then days later getting an email to say my order - the refurbished return - has been cancelled. This has now happened twice. After the first they said I would need to provide them a different postal address, with no explanation given. I reformatted the address to try and eliminate anything I thought might be causing computer to say no and asked them to try that, same sequence of emails happened with the second order rejecting and them again insisting that I had to provide a different shipping address:

I have received feedback from our higher department, and in order to get this resolved, we will need an alternative shipping address. While I understand this may not be the solution you were hoping for, we believe it will help ensure you receive your order without further issues.

I'm suspecting I'm dealing with people in India. Asking them to explain the logic of how DHL could have no problem finding the address I provided for the pickup, but they are insisting the address is invalid just got silence and no response.

Also I find it hugely frustrating that Meta has four locations in Ireland with over 2000 employees but they play secret squirrel and don't disclose any contact information.

Could I name Meta Ireland as the offending party and try the small claims route and demand they return my property?
