Hub Controller to Meross Thermostat - Help!!

Hub Controller has failed and I am trying to replace it with the Meross MTS200 Thermostat. I have the L on the HC wired to the L on the Meross and the N to the N on the Meross. The V1 on the HC I have wired to the NO, NC and COM but the boiler isn't coming on. The Meross is powering up fine and you can hear the relay…

Hub Controller has failed and I am trying to replace it with the Meross MTS200 Thermostat. I have the L on the HC wired to the L on the Meross and the N to the N on the Meross. The V1 on the HC I have wired to the NO, NC and COM but the boiler isn't coming on.
The Meross is powering up fine and you can hear the relay switching when it's calling for heat but boiler doesn't come on. I measured from N to NO and NC with the relay off and it's OV. Same with the relay on and NO and NC are OV. COM is 0V with the relay off and 240V with the relay on. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks
