Addicted to scratchcards

    Hello

I came here for a bit of advice, I'm addicted to scratch cards. Does anyone have any experience with this addiction? I've cut down my spending to about a fiver a day but it's still a lot of money spread over the year. Most I won was 50 euro. I feel like when you go to the customer service desk in the likes of tesco, they are heavily promoted and on display. Funny, I'm not addicted to doing the lotto. I think it's the scratching that has me addicted

Open to any advice, thank you

You're not unique. This afflicts many people. The good news is that there is support from people who have experience of this.

    https://www.lottery.ie/responsible-play

depending on if you use a smartphone/browser or our walking into a shop and purchasing tickets there are aids like gamban that could help.

you can get supports and strategies that will help you plan for episodes where your willpower doesnt get you through the temptation. call for support and find out how they can help you.
