Unsafe Driveway in Estate

    Hi,

I live at a corner house in an estate with my neighbours house and driveway perpendicular to my property.

These neighbours removed the whole front wall and created a much wider driveway to their property more than 7 years ago which has turned it into a dangerous corner when they are driving and reversing their cars in and out of it.

On 3 seperate occasions these neighbours have reversed and damaged a vehicle parked outside my property. On one of these occasions, they tried to drive off without taking responsibility for what they had done.

I am very concerned for my grandchildren after the last incident.

By removing their front wall, they have brought their driveway too close to my driveway ad made it very unsafe. It would not be a problem on a straight road of houses but it is not safe on a corner.

My neighbours have been informed about my concerns but they have ignored them.

I have tolerated it up until now but something needs to be done before there is a bad accident.

All I am asking for is for their front wall that was removed to be built again.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
