Gravel Routes In Mayo

Hi, based around South Mayo but wondering where the best gravel routes are?

Dont mind driving to a route if needed.

western way starting in letterkeen ( not far from newport ) and heading out to altnabrocky or heading from letterkeen up to jamesies well , all forestry roads, there are a few spurs heading off to dead ends but still worth exploring

can also go ballycastle towards bellacorrick also on western way but theres a couple of km of boardwalk that youl have to walk

If not, would you consider uploading the gpx files, if you have them?

There are some decent routes around Bangor Erris.
One in particular, would be around 30km with the majority offroad.
Through boglands and old Bord na Móna areas.
I’ve ridden it plenty but never recorded it in one go. I’ll do it in the spring some time and post it if it’s of interest

had a go at this yesterday but one of the routes through the bogs is grown over with bushes and is impassable. I used an old train line parallel but at the end was a massive drain so I turned for home. From start to16km was grand. That’s around half of the ride I had planned
