Duolingo -Help needed

    Help please! My son has been using Duolingo for 2 years learning French for free. Last month we upgraded to a family plan of SuperDuolingo as my other kids and myself fancied learning too. After approx 2 weeks of the subscription, the original profile, belonging to my son, got locked out. Nothing I do will let him log back in. The other 3 profiles are working fine. This evening I tried setting up a new profile for him, within the family plan. As his original profile is the lead profile on the account, I can’t add another family member. I can set up a new basic duo profile for him but not a super profile on the family plan. I’ve sent multiple messages to duo re: this problem (over the past 2 weeks)and have heard nothing back. Very frustrating and I’m hoping someone might have the solution! Thanks.

    What do you mean by locked out? Are you not able to do a password reset with the email address on his account?
