hi - I recently purchased a Daiwa Kenzaki uptide rod (4-10 oz) and I am looking for a fixed spool reel to go with it. The set up will be used for tope, ray, Huss, etc. I was looking at a Penn spin fisher 6500ll but I’m worried the reel might be a bit heavy for the rod (the rod is only 422 grams). Has anyone any suggestions on a suitable FS reel for this rod?

Spin Fisher would do fine. A 5000 would do fine too. Is the Kenzaki rigged for fixed spool?
