installation manual for HKC 20 year old panel

HI folks, would anyone have an installation manual for the panel in the pic below? Mine is blowing fuses. Also considering replacing /modernising. Would like to have app on phone to set / reset, but not willing to pay monthly subscription fees. Any alternatives to HKC out there? Can those with an electrical background…

What fuse blows?
Can you try with battery disconnected-part that most often that fails. Might just need a new one.
