New roof/attic conversion

    does anyone have a suggestion on where we should start when looking for a builder to convert our attic?

    we have full planning permission but not sure best place to start looking for a builder. We had two recommendations but both builders are booked up.

    Ideally we’d like to work with a construction person who would like to work on this project over an extended period- eg a week per month and chip away at the project.
