Why does someone just get a warning when I'm called an abuser?

I was called an abuser while commenting on the trans women swimming thread and the poster just got a warning. That was a disgusting comment(better be careful because I got banned for using this word before). Contacted the mod and replied in thread how I was uncomfortable how it depicted myself. Just uncivil apparently.…

The poster was warned. Their comment deleted. I'm not sure what your issue is.
We do not discuss actions taken against other posters.
Do not reply on thread to moderator instruction. You know that.
