Haven Mortgage Timeframe

Hi all,

Does anyone have any idea on Haven processing times? Application submitted just before Christmas - 20th. Obviously things were closed for Christmas but I had expected to have AIP by now.

Following that, what is the timeframe to go from AIP to official loan offer?

It very much depends on your circumstances. Some people have a very simple situation - a salary, a couple of banks accounts and a credit card, others may be self-employed, run a one person company, a mix of self employment and third party employment and so on. Then there is you credit status some have a very clean background where as others not so much. The more complex your situation, the longer it will take for them to examine it.

To get useful answers on this you'd need to give some background information for people to respond to.

public sector permanent job, no debt or credit cards.

joint application but only my salary is being used as my partners contract is quite short.
