Hi all, anyone know where I'd get a different weight trigger spring for my Anschutz 1710

    Try making the spring out.

Take care not to cross thread the small screw putting it back.

    Hi Clivej

Thank for getting back to me,

I thought about taking the spring out but was somewhat cautious, about how much control would I have on the trigger. and how safe would it be. You have a 1710 yourself, have you removed the spring, And if so. how did you find it. Is there any downsides to removing it.
if you can let me know

    Regards, JACK

    Hi Jack,

Yes I have a 1710, light barrel. Won a few national LV 50m and 100m and many club competitions with it.

And yes I took the trigger spring out, without any negative reactions, only very light pull weight now.
