    Dear All,

    I have received a primary medical certificate. I will be a driver for my mother. Now that I have it, what is my next step? Could anyone tell me what steps need to be taken? I am looking at getting a new car and I am looking for a dealer that will pay the VAT instead of me having to pay it upfront. Does anyone know any dealers that do this?
