Google Workspace Issue

    Hi all,

    I wanted to set up an email for my company. When I went to create a Gmail account there was an option of creating a business email. I believe it was Google Workspace. I entered my name and suggested email names came up. The suggested email address looked and sounded a more professional fit so I went with the one I thought was best, believing that this would then be my email address for my company.


    I went to login to my usual Gmail account and add the new email account so I can toggle between the two but its not there. When I completely log out of my Gmail and try to log back in using my "new company" email, it is not recognized. I've attempted to login via Workspace but again, it's not recognized


    I paid €12 for this "domain" (whatever a domain is), believing it was creating a specific, personalized email for me but it appears that is not the case.


    Is there anyway of logging in to this email? If not, how can I retrieve my fee and cancel any further subscriptions?

    All help appreciated.
