Leak Detection

At my wits end so hoping someone can help me here!

Our adjacent neighbour is reporting water leaking through our property boundary into his property. We are a terraced property but his ground floor is one storey below our ground floor which makes this a problem as otherwise it would just drain away into the earth.

We had a CCTV survey of our drains and sealed any cracks that were evident but the water continues to flow from our property into his, particularly after either heavy rain or heavy usage of our plumbing (baths, showers, etc.).

As there is no visible damage to my property, my insurance company isn't helping me.

Does anyone have any recommendations of potential problems or whether it would be useful to appoint a leak detection company?

Hi, I'm assuming you have checked all pressurised pipes within your property?

Very glad I came across this thread, hoping there's a community for it! I'm based just outside of Belfast, does anyone have any recommendations for leak detection people around here who can come out at short notice, having a v similar problem!

If it's after rain and high usage then sounds like the waste water system. Is outflow going to mains sewers or going to a soak pit?

Been lurking on this forum for an absolute age so nice to have something to finally contribute. I went through exactly what D-Generate was going through about 6 months ago, least he has the benefit of slightly better weather accompanying his leak. Simple answer - get an expert in, otherwise you'll be digging around for ages and causing even more damage (I would know!). @Leakyneedy I used a guy who's situated near the centre of Belfast for my leak detection - I'll post the link here as I can't put it in hyperlink format: https://www.leakdetectionservicesni.co.uk/
Hopefully he can sort you like he did me, best of luck. I did learn a bunch about the process after my incident so any general q's please ask away and I'll see what I can do
