Club Mac has slides/water park on site but is pricey from what I can remember

Duinrell has gone mental pricewise IMHO and may not suit if you want a sun holiday. Theme park is included IIRC but pool & slide access is pay per visit

Salou has theme parks and a water park (Portaventura, Ferrari Land & Costa Caribe)

Tenerife could also fit the bill. Siam Park is great. Some of the holiday companies have deals that include waterpark access - e.g. TUI have Villa Mandi with or without Siam Park

Relaxia Lanzasur Club in Playa Blanca Lanzarote has a decent water park attached(Aqualava Water Park). If you're staying in Relaxia Lanzasur Club then it's unlimited free access to the water park and the all inclusive let's you eat cheaply or free in the water park(Can't remember which). The accommodation itself wasn't amazing but was fine
