I cannot seem to find wi-fi calling setting on my Samsung A52 5G phone - it ticks all the right conditions for it Android 14 , but its just not there in the call settings list. Its on the Tesco Mobile Ireland Network.

In this Vodafone UK page it tells you where to get to it to turn it on and off but the setting is not on my phone.

Tesco don't support it. The only networks that do are:

    Vodafone (calls only, no SMS)
    3
    Eir/GoMo
    Sky Mobile

Of these, Eir allow Wi-Fi calling while roaming. Sky supposedly allow it in the UK too. Vodafone are supposed to block it while roaming too, I couldn't use it but my wife could when we were in the US during the summer.

Ah right thank you , that explains it then - I would have thought them (tesco mobile) using the 3 Network they might have done. I have just checked on my wife's and son's 48 Mobile phone, the same there no setting for it in the menu.

So even unlocking and Flashing the A52-5G with international firmware will not even put it in the menu I wonder or if it did it would still not work because its Network Dependant?

No, the option won't be there unless the network supports it. Wi-Fi calling (and voice over LTE) requires IMS support on the backend.
