VIP first order discount not being applied

    Was looking to purchase LG-OLED55B42LA, it's a new account and I signed up via the VIP popup, but the 10 off is not being applied to the order.

    Hi AngryInch.

    There are some promos that the VIP discount may not work with but if you want to go ahead and place the order without the discount I can manually add it once the order is in and refund back the €10 to you.

    The 55B42 has the code RSTV100 on the sterling price which drops it to £799 but the Euro price already has the discount built in so this my be messing with the VIP discount. (I'm just guessing this could be the issue).

    What is it that you are looking to order and where about in the South Of Ireland are you located.
    Saturday deliveries are not usual something we offer but let me know the above and I'll see if there is anything that can be done.
