    Ho all,

I appreciate this isn’t a massive but would still prefer some feedback as my confidence is at an all time low and depression has reared its ugly head once again.

    Thanks 🙏

"Who knows" - nail on the head.

If it's not an enjoyable friendship for you, move on. Not the end of the world. People change. Friends come & go. Be the person you want to be. Be happy with who you are and your confidence will grow. Easier said than done but small steps will help.

Like it’s pretty hard to tell without knowing how it all played out. How serious was his mean comment and how did it compare to your response? You mention too that you poured cold water on some of his notions too.

Like you usually have to be good friends to get an invite for Christmas so falling out over a small disagreement would seem odd on its own. Maybe there’s been a few tensions and this is it reaching a conclusion.

As Kanetoad said, might be time to move on.
