Triax hdmi to debt rf modulator question

Hi, does anyone have a triax dvbt modulator working with a sky Q box, this was used to feed the sky q signal around the house to multiple tv,s. It worked perfectly for months but now there is a problem, the modulator is set for rf ch 35, there is a strong signal from it in all rooms but just no video/ audio, if I disconnect the hdmi lead from the sky q box and plug it into a freesat box, the picture is perfect on all tv,s, the sky q signal is perfect on the main tv that's connected via the hdmi loop through on the rf modulator, if i do a dvbt rescan on all tvs around the house then they will not store the sky q channel on rf 35, however if I rescan all the dvbt tvs when the same rf modulator is connected to a freesat box then each tv will store the triax modulated signal on rf 35, the same cables are used in each case, just the source is different, could this be something with hdcp? I had set the lcn to 99

I wonder if it is anything to do with Sky Q box outputting 4K instead of FullHD/2K?

Is there a settings menu in SkyQ where you can set the output to 1080p instead of 2160p?

Worth a try anyway. Otherwise, it may well be a HDCP handshake issue.

This is probably totally unrelated and anecdotal but a lot of HDMI splitters will now not work with a Sky Q box

Time to put childish things aside.

Would you happen to know of any specific types of splitter that still do work with Sky Q boxe signals?

Look for one that handles HDCP.

This is an anti-piracy thing to stop dodgy ripping of content to digital media etc.
