Question regarding East Link Toll Bridge Charge

    So used the East Link Toll Bridge after a long time, I don't have a tag so I opted to pay with my card and tapped both way. Checking my statement I see they charged me €3.40 when going and €3.40 when coming. I was worried as the cost should only have been €2.20.

    But then this morning I had a refund of €1.20, which rectified the first trip. But still pending any refund on the second trip. Is this how the toll works on the East Link bridge these days ?
