    I’m open to correction, but I believe it fell foul to an over enthusiastic moderator nuking the OP, and all their posts, from orbit.

    There’s been a few new ones added to the stable lately and they are setting the tone now. Beasty has taken a, well deserved, step back. Best not to question too much.

    I think the OP of the original thread was banned and posts deleted - which would have been done at admin level, not mod.

    No need for the sly digs     @EmmetSpiceland and for the record there are no new mods in AH, and if you're referring to new CA mods, they had nothing whatsoever to do with posts or threads being deleted in AH.
