Old cancellation+20yrs

    Hav a historic cancellation on a previous property

    Claimed for a flat roof and insurance co said it wasn't maintained and canceled , fair enough

    I'm currently only about to get 1 company to quote me with my broker and am insured with same

    Is this normal or would the claim be generally disregarded

    I do appreciate the only way to know is to ask the insurers
