EO interview prep

Hi, Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for an EO interview. I’ve done 2 already. Placed third on one panel and didn’t place on the panel for the second interview. I found a huge difference in the questions in both interviews and if I get a third interview, would like to be as prepared as possible.
