Virgin media play app error

    Only happened in the last few days. Got a message when I went on to the app to say an update was needed. Updated it but I'm getting this:

    It gets to 100% but then nothing? I only have the cancel and more info button. I've done this over a dozen times and the result is the same. There's no way to get into the app.

    Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? All other apps including RTE player working fine.

    Never mind, it sorted itself out and we're back on track!

    I am in a similar position, the VMplay app on a Firestick is advising an update, when I went to update it I just get this message over and over and won't load or open. It looks like the update is not compatible with my generation of Firestick.

    Its unfixed itself again! An update is required. Pain in me hoop!

    I am sorted for the moment, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and updated the stick.

    Having problem with VM Player app too. When you say updated the firestick do you simply mean you did this through the menu rather than purchased a more modern one?

    HI, yes, I just went in to settings and did an update. It should have been done automatically but for whatever reason the VMplayer worked and its grand since.

    Hi,

    My VM player keeps on a constant loop of ads, I checked & its the same on 2 different devices. I have tried reinstalling the app but no success.

    Anyone else with same issue?
